    No problem! I offer flexible top-up hours at a discounted rate, or we can upgrade your package. I’ll always confirm with you before exceeding the agreed scope to avoid surprises

    Can you handle urgent tasks?

    Absolutely! Just send me a message marked ‘URGENT’ via [Slack/WhatsApp/email], and I’ll prioritize it. Same-day turnaround is available for most tasks (note: occasional urgent tasks are included in your package; frequent requests may require a revised plan).

    What tools do you use to stay organized?

    I rely on Trello for task tracking, Google Drive for file sharing, and Slack/WhatsApp for communication. Need something specific? I’m quick to adapt to your preferred tools!

    How do you handle confidentiality?

    Your data’s security is my top priority. I sign NDAs, use password managers (like LastPass), and follow strict protocols to protect your information.

    What’s your response time?

    I typically reply within 1–2 hours during my working hours [9am–5pm WAT]. For urgent requests outside those times, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me!

    Do you work weekends/holidays?

    I’m available for weekend/emergency tasks at an agreed-upon rate. Regular holidays are communicated in advance so we can plan accordingly.
